Estate Victorian Sterling cameo pendant necklace Classy Classic. Circa 1870

This is a classic hand carved cameo in Carnelian shell featuring a woman in profile. This is really old Victorian era cameo necklace Neoclassic Style fashionable from 1860 to 1880 or later . Frame design and condition proof it. There is no mark or stamp on it. I am sure the setting and chain is sterling. From left and right sides 2 little shiny white stones - diamonds(?) But I’m not confident in that. It’ has light pink background and white lady. Look like Rose Coral stone. The chain measures 15” and the pendant is 1 3/4” x 1 1/8” and weights 9.87 grams.
