Antique, dating to circa 1870. The cameo is set into a solid made / unmarked but tested by my Jeweler as 14K or 15K Yellow Gold bezel, surrounds natural little pearls . Cleaned by professional jeweller. Nicely carved sardonyx shell - image of Bacchante. The brooch measures 20 by 26 (mm.) Weight is 5.73 gram. Superior quality in the very good condition
