Greatly executed Museum Quality early Victorian or late Georgian Sardonyx shell circa 1810-1840. Depict young Bacchante giving young Eros bowl of wine. Unmarked but tested by the jeweller 14K Yellow Gold in the newer bezel brooch. Total measures is 1-1/8” x 1-3/8”. Brooch weighs 5.2 grams. Good Antique condition.
