Vintage 10K Gold Greeks ornament carved shell cameo Brooch wear as pin or pendant

Italian cameo, probably dating to the circa 1905. Cleaned by professional jeweler. Detailed Carnelian framed in 10K yellow gold. It is marked 10K on the clasp. Can be worn as a pin, or you can use as a pendant. Measures 1 3/4” X 1 1/4” 42 mm. by 30 mm. . Weight of this cameo is 6.86 gram. Frame has a pretty etched design with Greek ornament around the cameo. Cameo is in very good condition.
