The Oval Cameo 1 3/4”H X 1 5/16”W, The 14K Yellow Gold Filigree Surround Mounting 1 7/8”H X 1 11/16”W, The Diamond is Old European Cut 1/16 Carat. The Cameo is Pristine and Expertly Carved The Gold Mounting. Some light damage in the bezel. Pin and Pendant Loop appear to be Original to the Piece.
