Museum Quality pin set in 14K white gold case with beautiful detail. The cameo has gorgeous flower details in her hair and dress and the diamond looks large and magnificent in her necklace. The diamond is an Old European Cut of SI clarity, H color. 0.35 ct dwt, but appears larger. This piece measures 1 3/4” tall x 1 3/8” wide and can be worn as a brooch, or as a pendant hung on the hidden bale. Weight is 11.7 grams.
