Museum Quality carving head of young beautiful lady with grape leaves in her hair.(Bacchante?). Great old cameo! Classic solid 14K Gold hallmark on the clasp is fade, but I tested it as 14K Gold or higher. Stable hairline crack in the shell background. Weight is 14.3 grams. Total measurements 1-5/8” by 1-15/16” or 40 mm. x 50 mm.
