This is an absolutely beautiful antique cameo. It is set in a 10K Yellow Gold mounting/setting that can be worn as a pin or a pendant. The pin clasp has a little problem where the tip of the hook that the point secures into is broken off. I believe this could be easily repaired by your jeweler. . It is lovely as a pendant. Weight is 5.8 gram. The Cameo Measures approximately 25 mm. by 35 mm.
