XVIII century, carved & restored/framed, Goddess & 3 cherubs shell XIX century in the gilded Gold Antique brooch/pendant

Made in Europe in XVIII (or earlier) and unusually masterly restored in XIX century. May be Gold or Gold gilded. A mythological subject story - Three cherubs at the goddess with lost head. First The second cherub is holding a vase with fruits and flowers. Shell cameo restored with a metal (silver?). Measurements - 53 x 41 (mm), weight - 15.5 grams. From Elite UK Collection
