Mixing Background Ring. Bezel & cameo - Gold or GP circa end of 17 century. Modern 10K Gold Ring

This vintage Cameo Ring is approximately a size 6. It is a fairly large oval, measuring almost 1-1/4” by 7/8” or 30mm by 22 mm. Weight is 17.5 gr. Upper part of ring is the unmarked metal setting is most likely Gold or Gold Plated (it’s contain Gold but I’m not sure it’s pure or not. According to Historian of Art, Upper part of the Ring made in Europe in the end of 17 century or beginning of 18 century . Lower part is from 20 century, which is marked 10 (10K). Upper part was purchased from Italy 70 years ago and connect to the bounded 10K golden ring. Cleaned by Professional jeweler.
