This is for a antique 12K Gold Fill carnelian shell cameo brooch/pendant. Pendant measures approximately 50mm. x 36mm. & weight 13 gram. The twisted style mounting is adorned with, what appears to be nice classically made profile in very good condition. Not sure about age of this brooch - circa 1930.
