Great Georgian Antique from the end of XVIII beginning of XIX century Lava carving Greek athlete in the modern pendant silver chain

Fine Italian carving depict Classic profile of young bearded Greek athlete with Olympic ribbon on his head. Not sure about age - from Antique Roman time or at least 18 or 19 century Lava stone embedded in the modern Italian Silver chain pendant. Total measures is 1-1/4” by 2”. Total weight is 8.7 grams. Silver metal chain is 18”. This reasonable good condition (cheap on the left), cameo from Antique Sale in Toscana, Italy.
