Unmarked Sterling Silver or platinum/White Gold Brooch (I didn’t check), with Gold rope around. Remarkable Design, Art & Craftsmanship. Total weight is 9 grams . The total Brooch/Pendant measures is 1-13/18” L x 1-1/2” W. Very good condition
