Nice Sculptured Gold over 925 marked Sterling Silver Carnelian Shell Cameo Pin Pendant

This is a classic hand carved cameo in Carnelian shell featuring a woman in profile. She has fresh, even features with a rather solemn expression on her lovely face. The cameo is simply framed in a sterling 925 silver setting with 12K Yellow Gold. Total weight of piece: 4.24 grams.
